If you are looking for an Alaskan Malamute puppy, we encourage you to contact us well in advance.
It is our experience that many are waiting to make contact with the breeder until they see that the puppies are born. It is far better for all parties if the request comes much earlier in the process.
We plan our litters long in advance and many times we put a breiding on hold until we have at least 3-4 serious buyers. The earlier you are in contact with a potential breeder, the better prepared you will be when the puppy finally come.
Our latest litter was June 2016. The reason there is "a long time" between our litters, is that we want to follow up on health and temperaments in each litter - and we spend a lot of time being active together with our current buyers so that they have a thorough and instructive introduction to it being owner of an Alaskan Malamute.
We only sell puppies with pedigree - not so much for the paper's sake it self, but because we want to help protect the breed. This is not a breed for everyone - it is big, strong and can be challenging in the wrong / ignorant hands.
Too many Alaskan Malamutes bred with no pedigree are seen available for adoption when they are not very old...that is not because they dont have "the pedigree" but because most of those whom systematically breeds this breed without pedigree - doesnt really care. They will sell you this dog even if it is not the right breed for you. It is our finest task as breed expert to be honest with you - and tell you, if this is not a breed for you. We hope you will take us serious...as we only do this to prevent a poor loving dog ending up for adoption before the age of 1. t
PLEASE HELP US PROTECT OUR BREED - TAKE ADVICE SERIOUS - AND BUY ONLY FROM EXPERT BREEDERS WHOM BREED DOGS WITH PEDIGREES.
THE BREED DESERVES IT
